We have a generic plan, with principles and practices, that you can customise according to the profile of your school,that contains all the essential elements of an EQ school.

It comprises community building bringing constituents together to bond, share culture &  enhance consistency in creating environment for the students; learning a new common language for interaction, feedback, conflict resolution & celebration; & facilitating learning through integration of EQ concepts and principles in curriculum and other aspects in the life of the school.

2. Equipping SEL teams - administrators, HODs, lead teachers & counselors

We equip SEL teams to plan curriculum, train teachers and execute SEL programs through the Educators' EQ Certification Workshop. See the Educators EQ Certification Workshop flyer for more details and read what past participants have to say about it.

The workshop provides an experience of what being taught EQ can be like, showcases material, tools/learning aids for facilitation, on-line EQ psychometric assessments, a forum for participants to table their challenges and discuss actual application of theory learnt to these challenges.

3. In house Teacher training as required

Basic EQ competencies, philosophy & best practices in teaching, Coaching competencies & distinction between coaching, counseling & mentoring.

4. Student programs

SEL lessons, Leadership & Team workshops, Camps, programs in other areas in which EQ can be integrated to enhance learning.
