Coaching

Since 2000 Mark has been engaged in life and career coaching. He has been helping  school children, polytechnic and university students, and young working adults increase self-awareness & redefine their identity, set vision, mission & goals, and address relationship, motivational & performance challenges.

Life and Career coaching issues principally revolve around:

The coaching process involves the client looking to effect change, taking ownership of the process, self-discovering and collaborating with the coach to learn, change, adapt, and move forward.

The coach employs generic methodology customized to elicit the optimal response from the client to help him through the process described above. In the process he helps the client revisit his status vis-à-vis the following foundational essentials to ensure personal effectiveness, performance and success.
